From the next World Championship to be held in Natal, Brazil, there will be two new categories of the Eduardo Awards.
One will be for teams, and the category is “Fair Play “, and the other one will be for delegation, and the category is “Best Presentation”.
It will be considered for the determination of the “Fair Play” the team that:
1. In the last FIMBA Championships have had the best sport behavior,
2. Its players and coaches have not received any technical fouls or have been rejected out from a game.
It will be considered for the determination of the “Best Presentation” the delegation that has:
1. The best cloth uniforms. It will be observed the creativity, the uniformity and the attractiveness of the cloths.
2. The most active participation in the Opening Celebration. It will be considered the way of participation, the predisposition and the humor shown.
In agreement with the declaration of the “Fair Play” of the Panathlon International, FIMBA and the Panathlon Club Buenos Aires will give to the team that better is identified with this postulate, the Eduardo Award to the Fair Play.
In order to emphasize the Opening Celebration and the active participation of the different delegations, FIMBA will give to the national delegation that better expresses with its presence and uniformity the festive character of the inauguration, the Eduardo Award to the Best Presentation.
This shows the aim of FIMBA to promote the sport principles in order to make a better world.
